How to export Wireframe to DXF on Micromine

Micromine supports vaious file formats that mainly used by GIS applications. On this tutorial I am going to show you how to export Micromine wireframe into DXF format. When a 3D wireframe is exported to DXF format, you can then open the wireframe on Autocad or imported to another GIS software with ease.

 

 

In order to export wireframe to DXF, follow these steps:

Go to File | Export | Wireframe

The export wireframe window will open. Specify the input file (wireframe to be exported), the name of the wireframe and also make sure you select DXF on the output file. Provide the output file name and location.

Press run when done. This process will take longer if the wireframe you try to exported is larger. Thank you and have a nice day.
